Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: Equipment can be returned for refund within 15 days, provided it is in the original packaging.

Question: What if the equipment doesn't work, or breaks down after receipt?

Answer: If it doesn't work upon receipt, return it to us in the original packaging within 15 days for full refund, or replacement. See the manufacture's warranty for equipment malfunction after that date.

Question: How long does it take for me to receive the equipment after placing an order?

Answer: Typically 3 - 5 business days, or sooner. A shipment date will be provided once we process your order.

Question: How do I place an order?

Answer: Phone or e-mail your information. We will follow-up to obtain particulars.

Question: Do I need to leave a deposit?

Answer: Yes, 30% deposit is necessary on equipment orders.

Question: Do you host websites?

Answer: No, but we can help you get started if you need a host.

Question: Do you monitor the effectivness of the site? or help with promoting the site?

Answer: Most clients prefer to do this themselves. We will help you get started, and can be available for monitoring if you so desire.

Question: Can templates be changed, or customized?

Answer: Yes, absolutely. Many changes are available, including colors, fonts, pictures, deleting of pages, or adding of pages. A charge of $30.00 per hour applies, with a minimum of 1 hour charge.

 

Agave doesn't have a store, so how can this work?

It's true, we don't have a "traditional" store. Nor do we keep a large stock of equipment. Instead, we buy directly from our suppliers at our customers request. We check for the best price we can get, and in turn, offer the savings to our clients.

Both new and used equipment is available.

Equipment can be returned within a limited time, and all manufacture warranties apply to new equipment. Limited warranties apply to used equipment.
