Successes:

Canadian Project Office 2004 - 2005

  • Overall responsibility for Project Management Capabilities.
  • Project Management processes, templates and best practices.
  • Launched the “PM Community” which consisted of project managers of all levels of experience. Our goal was to share information, support, network, and provide learning opportunities. Within 3 months of launch, we numbered over 100 members located at 5 different sites, including both IT and business people.
  • Both 'informal' and 'formal' coaching for all project managers within the company.

Our "coach" Nancy Shalno, has also taught Accounting Information Systems part-time at the college level.
